Biology is the study of living things, and there are an endless amount of careers that deal with it. Research a biological career and present it on one 8"x11" sheet of paper. The report should be typed/word processed and include the following for full credit:
/5 the name of the biological career in large font
/5 the job description of the scientist (tell in detail what they do and why it's Biology, no less than 5 sentences)
/5 education or pertinent training needed to be successful in this career
/5 the contributions of scientists in this career to human needs/5 a color picture of the career/item related to their field of study
/5 Place your name and a bibliography on the back of your paper.
/5 ONE typed page
This project is worth 35 points and is due Friday September 3, 2002. I suggest you start your research now, for many of these careers might not be easy to find. You must contact me as soon as you have chosen a career, as no two students may report on the same career.
